Life-Saving Support

Current board member Evan Vincent admires the painting of his grandfather, Don Rhineheart, in the board room named in his memory Saving lives requires many things:  skilled people, the latest technology and community support.  Texas Blood Institute’s Development team is dedicated to enhancing its services to communities and patients in their hospitals.  We are eager to find people and organizations to share our compassion for life with their financial resources.

Dr. Don Rhinehart, was one of these.  As one of the founders of Oklahoma Blood Institute and its long-time board chairman, he believed that if every citizen of Oklahoma contributed, Oklahoma Blood Institute would be in a position to continue its life-saving work for generations.  He did more than believe; he lived it and donated thousands of dollars on behalf of his family and friends.

Current board member Evan Vincent is pictured above with a painting of his grandfather Don Rhinehart, in the board room named in his memory.  “I carry around a quote in my pocket, that says, ‘Everyday, set out with the goal to help someone else,” Vincent says.  “To me, TBI just embodies that.”

In keeping with Dr. Rhinehart’s dream, we ask you or your organization to consider one of the giving opportunities described on this site and support the life-saving work of Texas Blood Institute.  To request more information about becoming a financial supporter, contact Gaile Loving at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call 405-297-5605.
