Premiums paid for certain benefits may be deducted from a full-time or regular part-time employee’s gross salary before taxes are applied. 

This provides tax savings and includes:
• health and dental insurance premiums
• unreimbursed medical expenses
• dependent care expenses

Enrollment is offered only in the fourth quarter of each calendar year.
