November 5, 2018 ─ Texas Blood Institute is in serious need of O-negative blood donors.  We currently have less than a one-day supply to serve patients in area hospitals.

Texas Blood Institute provides blood to the eight major hospitals in the Texoma region.  O-negative blood is the universal blood type, meaning it can be given to a patient with any blood type.  It is especially necessary in an emergency situation or when blood type is unknown.

Texas Blood Institute is urging donors to give blood at the Texas Blood Institute donor center in Wichita Falls or a mobile blood drive.

Texas Blood Institute is your local, independent, non-profit blood center.

Appointments aren’t required but can be made by calling 877.340.8777 or clicking here.
